At Power –Tech , The multi-Gauntlets are woven from combination of selected chlorine-free textured polyester yarns and spun polyester yarns allowing electrolyte to freely penetrate the active material of the plate.
A good impregnation of Resin coating improves the chemical resistance of the material also imparting high stiffness to the tubes.
It has a natural white colour.
We can manufacture 50,000 (approx.) Gauntlets per day (24 hours).
We are very conscious about the quality of the Product. We use best quality polyester yarn made by reliance & RSWM Ltd.
We have our own weaving plant so that we can exercise better control over quality of the gauntlets.
The standard wall thickness of the tube is 0.3 mm, with a number of diameters to choose from like 6.0 mm, 7.0 mm, 8.0 mm, and 9.0 mm, as per the requirements
Customer can specify the number of standard tubes they want (15 spine). The tube pitch is made in accordance with standard diameters and ranges up to 9.7 mm.
The maximum gauntlet length is 800 mm. These also possess lateral finishes like simple cut. The model tolerances for tube diameter is 0 + 0.15 mm, for gauntlet height is ± 0.5 mm, for gauntlet width is ± 0.2%, for tube pitch is ± 1%, and for electrical resistance it is ± 0.05 ohms / cm2.
